Cypher Contest Teaser Image

I'll scrap this after it's done.
But I like how it's coming out so far.
And I so love to tease.
This is my wip submission for *arsieiuni's contest to draw her MLP character, Cypher.

It's not actually my scene, the MLP thing, but I thought it would be really neat to try and translate him into a humanoid character.

...looks like he came straight outta Sailor Moon or something...
